Following the signing of the Letter Of Intent between World Vision International, the Kay Family Foundation and Mark Smith, the leadership of Univicity held the first Univicity Leadership Forum in the headquarters of Kinnovation Alliance in the city of Irvine, California. The forum was attended by 12 representatives from 5 organizations including Bill Kliewer and Chris Pitt of World Vision and Steeve Kay and Mark Smith of Univicity L3C. The purpose of the two-day meeting was to gather the strategic partners together to review all the research work that has been conducted for the past two years in the humanitarian industry and formulate future strategic direction of Univicity L3C as it relates to the $1 trillion humanitarian industry worldwide.
