SOLUTIONS OVERVIEW

three-party-modelUnivicity’s strategy is to create a hosted and supported solution suite that connects Donors, Humanitarian Organization/NGO’s, and the Field.  Univicity solutions will manage how:

  • Donors select, interact with, and receive information from projects/programs with whom they have a sponsoring/Donor relationship.
  • Help Humanitarian Organization/NGO’s to manage programs they offer to the Field, and to expose impact reporting and information on these programs back to Donors. 
  • Provide technology to the Field programs themselves, improving the operational efficiencies of these programs, and gathering vital information that is provided back to the Humanitarian Organization/NGO, and ultimately to the Donor.

The three critical components that do not exist for the Humanitarian Industry today that Univicity will provide are:

  • End-to-end solutions covering all three parties specified above
  • Implementing software functions that enable program Design, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation (DIME – a uniquely improved form of what is currently called DM&E) in combination with mobile Field-based program implementation
  • A Marketplace that electronically brings the Donor and Field components together for funding, collaboration, program management, and social networking
